MY WEDDING PROCESS
A step-by-step look into working with me!
1. INQUIRE
Fill out my inquiry form so I can get to know you two a little better! I’d love to hear all about your wedding day, the big-picture details, and the vision you have for it. From there, I’ll confirm my availability, answer any questions you have, and we can start making it official by reserving your date!
2. BOOKING
To officially reserve your wedding date, simply read through, review, and sign your contract. A 30% retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your date on my calendar, and the remaining balance isn't due until one week before your wedding. Then the fun can begin!
3. ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Once everything is official, we’ll start planning your engagement session! I absolutely love this part because it gives us the chance to meet, have some fun, and get comfortable together before your wedding day. By the time your big day arrives, it'll feel like you're hanging out with a friend instead of stepping in front of a stranger's camera.
4. WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE
Two months before your weddings, I’ll send over my Wedding Day Questionnaire to get the finer day-of details. I'll guide you through a planning process that ensures nothing is overlooked, from family photos to special moments you don't want to miss. If you’d like, we can schedule a time to chat through your vision and answer any last-minute questions so that you can be fully present while I capture your day effortlessly.
5. YOUR WEDDING!
The day you've been dreaming about has finally arrived! I'll step in with location and posing direction for the portraits then fade into the background to preserve the genuine laughter, happy tears, and meaningful moments that naturally unfold throughout your celebration.
6. HIGHLIGHTS & GALLERY
Within 48 hours of your wedding day, I’ll send you a highlights gallery that covers the entire day. The rest of the gallery will be sent to you within 2 months later.
